E-MOTOR : RESEARCH DEPARTMENT

ELECTRAVIA's engineers realize all computations, prototype's developments and experiments of electric motorizations. The team uses specific CAD and simulation softwares.

AERONAUTICAL SECTOR

ELECTRAVIA's research department :

- Elaboration of specifications with the customer
- Research of existing solutions and comparative analysis
- Draft project

- Study of electric motors implementation on existing aircraft or on prototypes

- Design of new electric airplanes (internal projects : ElectroLight ® and ElectroClub ®

- Design, computation, modelling of wooden and composite propellers : silent and efficient - see page PROPELLERS or www.e-props.fr

- Registration files for ELECTRAVIA's products

- Implementation of electric motorization on aircraft and prototypes

Aeronautical Research

Electric motorization can equip ultralight, motorgliders, paramotors, UAV and light planes.

OTHER SECTORS

ELECTRAVIA's research department is working on diffferent electric systems for :

- ground vehicles (bicyles, scooters, motos, karts...)

- maritime vehicles (boats, speedboats, jetskis...)

- wind turbines

- test benches

- industrial machines...

electric kart                      wind turbines                 electric boat

The research department realizes design, calculations, development and manufacturing of prototypes equipped with electrical motorizations, ( powers between 200 W and 100 kW).

ELECTRAVIA develops and supplies complete electrical systems and Lithium-Polymer batteries (with BMS and PCM). See page BATTERIES.

ELECTRAVIA carries out all its works according to a rigorous quality approach, in order to satisfy its customers. Confidentiality's aspects are carefully respected. ELECTRAVIA is working as well for individuals as for professionals.

From design to realization, ELECTRAVIA's team is working according to rigourous quality and confidentiality requirements.
