ELECTRAVIA'S E-PROPS PROPELLERS
ELECTRAVIA develops and manufactures its own specific propellers for electric motorization : range E-PROPS
These propellers are designed to be as silent as possible and to have the best efficiency with electric motors. They are made in wood, light and strong material which softens vibrations.
ELECTRAVIA's engineers have implemented a powerful propeller modelling software called LmPTR©. This software is able to compute and optimize every propeller.
These propellers are designed taking into account engine characteristics and but also airframe interactions. Propellers are machined in a beech multi ply compound beam with a CNC milling machine and then varnished with a two components polyurethane varnish.
Specific design, geometry respect, and used material lead to get very silent propellers.
Each E-PROPS's propeller is bench tested before delivery, in order to assure propeller performances and product quality to the customer.
